of Terms
Brandopoly®, Inc. ("Brandopoly") makes
available for your use on this site ("Site") information,
documents, data, software, and products (collectively, "Materials")
and various other services provided by Brandopoly (collectively, "Services")
subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this document
(collectively, "Terms of Use"). By accessing and/or using
this Site, which includes your access to or use of any of the Materials
or Services, you agree to be bound by the Terms of Use. If you
are accessing the Site and its Materials on behalf of your employer,
by agreeing with the Terms of Use, you represent that you are authorized
to accept the Terms of Use on your employer's behalf. If you do
not agree to the Terms of Use, please do not access and/or use
this Site. The Terms of Use apply to all visits to the Site, both
now and in the future. You should periodically visit the Terms

are bound. Specifically, Brandopoly reserves the right to change

provided herein, Brandopoly does not grant any express or implied

as specifically permitted herein, no portion of the Materials or

without the prior written permission of Brandopoly.
Use of Site Materials and Services

on the Site subject to the following conditions.The Materials and
Services (1) are to be used solely for your or your company's internal
use, (2) may not be modified or altered in any way, including removal

(3) may not be distributed to a third party. Brandopoly reserves
the right to revoke authorization to view, download and print Materials
and Services available on the Site at any time, and any such use
shall be discontinued immediately upon notice to you from Brandopoly.
The rights granted herein to you constitute a license and not a

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

by Brandopoly from its offices within the state of New York, USA.

relating to your access and use of the Site shall be governed by
the laws of the state of New York, without regard to the conflicts
of laws principles thereof, and you agree to be subject to the
state and federal courts of the state of New York.

trademarks, logos, and service marks (collectively "Marks"),
including the Brandopoly® trademarks displayed on the Site are
the property of Brandopoly or other third parties. You are not
permitted to use the Marks without the prior written consent of
Brandopoly or such third party which may own the Marks.
